Dr. Culver and the team are committed to helping you make your dental care affordable by offering a variety of payment options, as well as making the most of your dental insurance benefits.

• We will file your insurance as a courtesy.
  
• We will accept insurance plans that you can choose your own dentist.
  
• We will research your dental benefits providing estimates based on your insurance companies' information.
  
• We will discuss payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
  
• We will accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and Care Credit as payment options. 

We accept most PPO dental insurance. These are plans that allow you to choose your own dentist, as opposed to requiring you use one of their contracted dentists. 

We look at new PPO plans and re-evaluate existing ones. Please call our office for up-to-date information.
